Healthy Valley Organics' online store uses eWAY, Australia's leading payment gateway, to process your order payment. We don't have access to customer's credit card details, and will only utilise customer details to process the order and will never disclose personal information to third parties.
What are the shipping costs?
Postage Fees are Weight Based as follows:
Up to 2kg: $10.00; Over 2kg - 5kg: $15.00; Over 5kg - 10kg: $20.00; Over 10kg: $20.00 plus $5.00 per 5kg, or part thereof, over 10kg e.g. 19kg = $30.00 postage
When will my order be delivered?
Perth Metro orders take between 4-6 working days to process; whereas Regional WA and Interstate orders need to allow between 7-10 working days for delivery.
What is your refund and returns policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within the first 48 hours of the products arriving, either by email at email@example.com or call us directly on (08) 93719903, so that we can resolve any problems. We offer a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Please ensure all returned products are packed securely. Healthy Valley Organics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We will, at our option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid.
For a full refund or exchange, the goods chosen must be returned clean, in an as new condition and unopened. Please quote your Order ID number.
