These organic walnuts are soaked in filtered water, rinsed, himalayan crystal salted and then dehydrated at 40 degrees celsius.  Product of Uzbekistan, certified by ACO.
Details:

Activated nuts are easily digested and more nutritious than raw or toasted nuts.  Raw nuts contain enzyme inhibitors that make them difficult to digest, inhibiting our body's ability to absorb nutrients.  Activating (soaking/sprouting) nuts releases the enzyme inhibitors.

A crunchy, tasty, nutritious snack.  Add to trail mixes, salads and savoury dishes.
