This organic cacao butter is made by cold pressing raw cacao nibs.  Product of Peru, certified by ACO.  Processed at 50-55oC. 
Details:

Cold pressing unroasted beans preserves the full nutritional vitality.  Melts at approximately 35 degrees celcius.  Add to desserts and chocolate recipes to give them a rich, sensual chocolate flavour.
